About Dr. Indu Arora

Dr. Indu Arora (E-RYT 500) is completely dedicated to the healing, therapeutic and spiritual powers of Yoga since last 10 years combining traditional as well as innovative methods of treatment; basic aim being simplifying the Line of Treatment for the commonest, the severest as also the most incurable of ailments. She believes that �Anyone who can breathe can do Yoga�.  Professionally equipped with the various tools needed for well being such as Kriya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Diverse Meditation Techniques, Bach Flower Remedies, Acupressure, Reflexology, Basic Ayurveda, Chromo therapy, Aromatherapy, Magneto therapy, Naturopathy, Reiki, ESP, Herbal Remedies, Kitchen Remedies, etc. Felicitated with various degrees/ awards such as Doctorate (Alternative Medicine), Yoga Bhaskar, Yoga Shiromani, Diploma in Naturopathy, Diploma in Special education (Mental Retardation), Five years of intense Self Realization fellowship in Kriya Yoga, Certified in Reiki, ESP and BMHS (Medicinal Herbalism), Professional membership & certification (MFAM) Missouri, USA, Professional Fellowship & Certification (FFAM) of the faculty of Alternative Medicine, Missouri, USA and member of International Association of Yoga Therapist, USA.

 

 

Dr. Arora founded Yogsadhna, India in 1999. Her classes are a perfect blend of Meditation, Mantra, Mudra, Asanas, Pranayam and Deep Relaxation. She takes Private Therapy session and Private Yoga classes and finds them a unique way to focus on individual needs and concerns. She is a peer reviewer Health Sciences Journal of India and has been recently honored as �International advisor� to World Yoga Council. She is regular columnist to Esteemed North American Yoga Magazine � �Tathaastu� apart from contributing in many other Wellness Magazines and Newspapers. For reading the archives of her column in Tathaastu " Click Here" Dr. Indu Arora  is also honored as International Advisor to the World Council of Yoga (www.worldyogacouncil.net)

She specializes in prevention and cure of Asthma and breathing disorders like bronchitis though Yoga and Kitchen remedies. She also has formulated a line of herbal cosmetic products like Hair oil for various hair and scalp conditions, face packs and scrubs, body wash powder etc. 

In April 2005, Dr. Arora wrote her first book on Yoga and Alternate Healing titled: �Yoga-Ancient Heritage Tomorrows Visionand stepped into the intense world of book writing. She also launched various educational products on Yoga like the Audio Instruction (Tapes, CD, and MP3), Video CD, Charts on Mudra and Mantra etc., apart from formulating a line of herbal cosmetic products. She is a regular presenter in many International Yoga Conferences and Symposiums Mid West Yoga Conference, International Yoga Therapy Conference to name a few.

In her words

She teaches the class with the philosophy that
