Welcome From The Director

Dr. Indu Arora
Dear friends,

I am very delighted to introduce "YOGSADHNA" with the motto "NOTHING HAS THE GREATEST POWER TO HEAL BUT SELF".

I began the journey 10 years ago motivated by a dream to follow the path of yogic practices. The impact is apparent with the existence of YOGSADHNA to spread the word.

We, at Yogsadhna are proud to be a part of such a sacred science passed on through generations as Guru-Disciple lineage, which I received from my Master Mrs. Shashi Khosla in Pune, India. The practice started with one genuine student in a small Yoga room and has grown across the globe over years.

Yoga means the world to me, it is a way of living life peacefully & happily yet achieving all your goals.

I am so thankful to all who are related to YOGSADHNA for truly valuing its motive and mission in helping people heal themselves in a better way. I feel fortunate to be blessed by the Great Masters and Teachers on the path of Natural Healing to make everyones life more healthy, happy and content; which represents the philosophy of Yogsadhna.

Nothing has ever touched me more then a content, honest smile of a helped individual. I believe that everyone truly gets benefited by surrendering to the Nature and Pray to Almighty to guide all the aspirants.

This site is designed to be a resource for all the readers, students and sincere practitioners. Additional information has been provided to enrich the surfers with a deep insight into the subject.

I welcome all the students and seekers of knowledge to YOGSADHNA where simplicity answers all the complex questions and further promise to give the best as per the little knowledge I have gathered in the last few years of experience.

A whole New World of Natural and Yogic Healing is there to explore. Let us explore it together, let us get nourished with the never-ending fountain of knowledge, and let us attain new heights towards a happy and healthy world.

I would be highly obliged if I can offer any assistance or answer any of your questions. Please do not hesitate to ask and favors us by taking out time by filling up the feedback form .

May Mother Nature Bless all with a Healthy and Peaceful life.

OM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI !!!

Sincerely,

Dr. Indu Arora
