What is Corporate Yoga?

Yoga is a scientific discipline that offers practical and definitive results while addressing tension in both the body and the mind. Unlike other exercise routines yoga is low impact, improves strength and flexibility, builds concentration, and reduces mental and physical stress and tension. In addition, yoga is known to eradicate fatigue and generate energy, all of which lead to increased productivity and morale - perfect for the corporate environment.

Corporate Yoga is Informative and innovative programs that will help companies and its employees to improve teamwork, get motivated and achieve peak performance. A corporate yoga porgram is a great opportunity to bring the ancient practices of Yoga into the office.

Corporate yoga is more than just exercise and relaxation; more than a general yoga class; more than a conventional course in stress management. It is a complete porgramme of mind-body health, and personal challenge and acceptance.

Corporate Yoga Workshop/Class Details

Method :

Combination of Yoga, Pranayam , Mantra and Mudra Healing.

Type : Hatha/ Ashtang / Kriya Yoga/Meditative yoga.
Target Group :

Employees and Senior level Management

Duration : 1 hour and 1.5 hour class.
Frequency :

2 times a week/Alternate days/ 5 days a week.

Timings : Early morning/lunch hours/post lunch hours.

Need of the class:

Across the globe, in any industry, stress level increase as we climb up the corporate ladder to meet or beat the respective dead line. Various factors like sitting posture, multi tasking, long working hours on computer, talking on phone while typing, irregular eating habits, rigorous travel, night shifts/ odd working hours etc. brings lot of health hazards. Just few minutes a day can bring lot of changes to:

  • Increase efficiency and output
  • Relax and de-stress the body and mind.
  • Induce motivation to work hard.
  • Develop interest in meeting targets.
  • Tackle boredom and refresh senses.
  • Have a healthy body and charged mind.

Description

Yogsadhna presents specially designed classes targeted to de-stress, relax and unwind the mental faculties, activate and rejuvenate the senses, charge the body with vigor and vitality, enhance memory, sharpen focus, increase concentration etc.

Level : Beginners to advance.

Terms of Joining

Practices offered in Corporate Yoga

 

Flexibility Parameter

  • Corporate Yoga Session/workshops can be offered with the following flexible parameters:
  • Sessions/workshops can be offered in the morning, lunch hour or after work.
  • Sessions can be conducted on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  • The duration of the session could be anywhere between 1 hour to 3 hours depending upon the type of program.
  • All the programs are designed free of the barriers of age, sex and body types.
  • The program suit all level of practitioner’s beginner, intermediate and advanced.
  • Workshops and sessions are available for groups of varied sizes.
  • Minimum group requirement of 10 possibly.

Basic requirements:

Place: We bring Yoga to you. All you need is to provide a space in which to Conduct the class. It could be any of the following:

  • Cafeteria
  • Gymnasium
  • Conference room
  • Classroom
  • Empty office
  • Work stations

Equipment: Mats are the only requirement to start the Yoga class/session. We may also have the work station session.

Commercials:

Rates would be charged either per student per sitting or per group (Maximum of 30 and minimum of 10) per hour.

Corporate Yoga sessions will take place on the business premises and will be from 50 to 60 minutes in length.

Mini Yoga/Relaxation Therapy sessions are offered for 30 to 40 minutes for a fee of $60.00 per session for groups of 15 and under, with an additional $2.00 per person for groups of 16 and over. Great for de-stressing and rejuvenating before or after meetings.
