History and Origin of Yogsadhna LLC.

The roots of yoga dates back to approximately 5000 years. Sage Patanjali, Lord Buddha, Swami Atmarama, Maha Avatar Babaji are all pioneer of the most orthodox science of India. Through them started the Guru- Disciple lineage of Yoga and thus are the various forms. Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Bhakti yoga, Raja Yoga, Ashtang Yoga are a few of them. Although all of them are the branches of the same tree which yields the fruit of Self- Realization and merging back to the origin, yet they are named differently to suit different cultures and varied genders across the geography.

THE AUSPICIOUS DAY

The foundation stone of Yogsadhna was laid on May 6th 2001 by Dr. Indu Arora with the blessings of Guru Mrs. Shashi Khosla, parents and well wishers in the hometown Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. The day was chosen as a tribute to the anniversary of her teacher.

THE SPREAD IN THE CITY

Dr. Indu started the yoga class without any advertisement or media support, with the mission to educate and help mankind through the yogic Kriyas. She got her first student on the first day and then there was no looking back. The goodwill spread in no time as a word of mouth. She had many batches running throughout the day spread over the weekdays. She started taking workshops on Yoga as a Therapy in various clubs like The Rotary, Lion Club, Women's Club and many public and private gatherings. Her motive was crystal clear "To help people" the best she could with the knowledge she gained with the study of Yoga in Pune, also utilizing her Diploma in Naturopath and Doctorate in Alternative Medicine. People from all professions, ages, cultures, economic status, suffering from simple to complex ailments were soon become a part of Yogsadhna. Yogsadhna was now a name in the field of Yoga in Ghaziabad.

The mission is yet to be accomplished and the journey is ongoing with never dying spirit of Yogsadhna.
