Holistic Yoga (Audio MP3) Volume 1-5

Dr. Indu Arora presents Holistic Yoga Audio Instruction CD in MP3 format. It contains 5 Yoga sessions of approximately 72 minutes each. Each Yoga session includes the following in simple to complex degrees of performance:

1) Meditation
2) Mantra Chanting in Vaachak, Upaanshu, Maansik Japa of OM,
GAYATRI MANTRA, MAMAMRITUNJAYA MANTRA.
3) Preliminary Breathing Exercises.
4) Pranayam
5) Eye Exercises
6) Joint Exercises
7) Traditional Asanas and their variations
8) Shavasana with Shanti Mantra.

The Yoga sessions are named in accordance with the growth of the practitioner:
SEED -Volume 1 for Beginner
Flower -Volume 2 for the Regular student
Fruit -Volume 3 for the intermediate student
Nectar -Volume 4 for Intermediate Advance student
Bliss -Volume 5 for Advances Student.

The practitioner will now be able to keep up the practice without taking along 5 separate CDs. Being in MP3 format these sessions can also be uploaded in IPOD and MP3 players. So take your practice wherever you go with Dr. Indus’s Holistic Yoga.
