| Yoga as Therapy session | Yoga as Therapy session Yoga is more than just stretching. 5 days of workplace therapeutic yoga session designed to increase productivity, reduce injury and stress, creates a more positive workplace experience for all. These lessons will deal with common health complaints such as back and neck pain, repetitive strain and fatigue. The session comprises of a series of asanas, Pranayama, meditation, mudras and auto suggestion. The participants sign for the program for 5 days and they also get to choose the time of the session (morning, afternoon or evening) as per their convenience. |
| Regular Yoga session | A 60 minutes class with classic yoga postures (asanas), pranayamas, mudra, mantras chanting, guided meditation and auto suggestion that help you reduce stress and increase strength and flexibility. A flexible body is a youthful body! Fun for all age groups with all levels of fitness. |
| Yogic Diet | An hour or two of session/workshop which utilizes the ancient system of conscious and nourishing nutritional practices to enhance your fitness program, decrease body fat, balance emotions, and activate your inner energy resources. It consists of simple suggestions related to diet and food habits to lead a happy and healthy life. Stress is also caused by the bad combinations of diet. |
| Pranayama-B-R-E-A-T-H-E | An hour of session for beginners as well as advanced level practitioners to learn the ancient art of conscious breathing. Learn exercises that can work for you in your daily life and home, practice to energize your body, relax your mind, fuel your spirit, and enhance your overall health. It allows you to learn not only traditional pranayamas but also some preliminary breathing patterns. |
| Yoga as Occupational Therapy | An hour’s session that focuses on the benefits of yoga at your desk, in your car, in the flight or when standing. Excellent for people who are short on time and yet wish to inculcate a moment of yogic awareness. |
| Yoga and Nature Cure | A 1-2 hours of seminar that offers simple, practical and effective strategies to enhance health, vitality and productivity through better eating, exercising, and stress management. It also offers simple and effective kitchen remedies for prevention and at time cure. |
| Mini Yoga session | A 45 minutes program introducing participants to a quick, 30 minute fitness regimen that will improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone, strength, flexibility, and will encourage weight loss. Suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. A very practical approach for the busy workforce. |
| Private sessions | One-on-one consultation/ private /therapy programs which cater to the well being of an individual by taking his/her case history and designing an exclusive program as per the need and priority of the participant. It is carried out on the campus for the entire day. The appointment has to be fixed one day in advance. You are provided with specific tools for achieving optimal health and peak performance. |
| Perfect Posture- To maintain natural curve of the spine | An hour of practical session giving accurate and efficient solutions to enhance health, creativity and productivity through better posture. Whether you are chained to the desk, locked in the car, in the flight, waiting in a queue all day, these simple techniques will give you better posture, stronger core muscles, and a focused mind. |
| Guided Meditation | A guided meditative session, teaching participants how to maintain a relaxed, focused, and clear mind in the midst of a busy schedule. Maintain good judgement, stay goal-oriented, and enhance physical, mental and emotional health through brief relaxations, simple meditations, and self observation exercises. This workshop will introduce participants to a variety of special techniques that quieten the mind including journaling, focusing techniques, visualization, relaxation and self-soothing talk. The duration of this session is 1 hour. |
