De stressing YogaPart I

  • Mediation, Pranayam (breathing), Eye exercises. Benefits: Increasing memory, focusing ability, concentration power, improving vision, joint range of motion, increasing lung capacity, relieving SAD.

Part II

  • Asana - Benefits: Strengthening, Calming, De-stressing, Healing, Balancing and Invigorating.

Part III

  • Final/ Deep Relaxation. Benefits: Neutralizing negative thoughts & emotions, overcoming fears and Phobias, communion of body-mind-spirit, unwinding mental stress, coping up with hectic work schedules.

Part IV: Answer and Question session Benefits: Awareness.
