Terms : $ 75 to $ 125 per session (Varies a per duration, frequency and distance travelled)

Yoga for athletes is a session to improve the performance and health of the modern athlete by blending this ancient discipline with the demands placed on the athlete. By regular practice of postures and breathing, athletes of all levels gain balance, strength, flexibility and power. This combination lessens the risk of injury, quickens the recovery time and improves performance in sports and marathon.

Yoga for athletes session is for:

  • All level and types (Swimmers, Runners, Basket Ball players, cyclers, Tennis Players, etc.) of athletes
  • Prevention of and healing of sport injuries
  • Improvement of performance in any sport by building endurance, strength, balance flexibility in the body and enhancing lung capacity.
