Yoga for Everyday

Duration: 60 minutes – 75minutes
Frequency : 5 days a week
Terms : Monthly passes can be bought of 1 class per day, five days a week.
No of Participants: Couple and groups welcome.

Everyday YogaYoga for general fitness is about building a regular Yoga regime for maintaining the ever-youthful and healthy  body, mind and spirit. It is based on the philosophy that Yoga is not a pleasant change but a daily routine.

Classes with equal focus on Meditation, Chanting, Mudras, Breathing, Postures and Relaxation. Welcome to all who wish to bring Yoga into their lives by living Yoga every day.
