Kids YogaWhen right conduct and moral values are taught at a tender age, the roots of mind-body relationships grow deeper.

Yoga for kids is a fun, creative,and knowledge based approach to yoga, which is very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. The use of animated poses, voices and basic stretching postures along with eye exercise promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.
Yoga for kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun and safe environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga.
It allows kids to learn in a safe and playful environment.

 

Special batches can be organized for vacations, summer camps and families.
