Duration: 60minutes –75minutes
Frequency : 1-3 times a week
Terms : Varies in Group and Privates
No of Children: A Group of 10 maximum or 1 in case of Private
Age: 13years to 19 years

The standard Teen Yoga class is a combination of still and free flow Postures, Breathing, Relaxation and vocalization of powerful chants.
