Frequency : 1-3 times a week
Terms : $ 65 to $ 125 per session (Varies a per duration, frequency and distance travelled)

The Yoga of Writing and The Yoga for Writing. Give your writing practice a jump-start by reconnecting with your creative muscles. Welcome to a special session for writers to relax and strengthen. It is for writers, who wish to learn ways to heal and deal with carpal tunnel, back pain, cervical spondilytis, poor vision etc. Learn various Asanas, Pranayama and Mudras to heal and deal with various ailments and conditions.

Feel the body, relax the mind…..Let us find more words.The most valued and precious parts of your body are your hands, your eyes, and your brain. Let us together learn how to relax, rejuvenate and revitalize them and create the optimum atmosphere for our body and brain to work in co-ordination. It is a  session which is a combination of Chanting, Meditation, Breathing, Mudras and Shavasana (Yog Nidra).

                                                
PS: Special workshops can be designed and organized for writer’s groups, libraries etc.
