Fertility YogaFertility yoga is a therapeutic type of yoga that helps you make the holistic connection between your body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Each yogic modality (pose, breathing, mudra, relaxation technique etc) focuses on a different area of your body and system. Some help to rebalance your hormones or glandular system while others increase the amount of blood flow to your organs, thereby stimulating and strengthening them. Meditation is a big part of yoga; it aims to bring tranquillity to your life and can be a great stress management technique. And as anyone having fertility problem knows, stress can be a huge obstacle when you are trying to conceive. Certain yoga poses can help with infertility; they open up the pelvis and hip joints, increase the blood flow to the pelvis and rebalance your hormones. Some poses will also help to stimulate your ovaries.
