Mindfulness Meditation, also referred to as ‘Insightful Meditation’, requires or allows individuals to be aware of their surroundings, to develop a sense of sensitivity in perceiving every moment, and enabling them to accept stressful situations, instead of avoiding them. It was rediscovered by Gautama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal illnesses. By being aware of the inner state of our minds during Mindfulness Meditation, we can accept difficult situations in our lives without much resistance.


Mindfulness is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.

PS; One may require more than one session generally to grasp the vast subject~ Meditation.
