Guided Meditation

A guided meditative session, teaching participants how to maintain a relaxed, focused, and clear mind in the midst of a busy schedule. Maintain good judgment, stay goal-oriented, and enhance physical, mental and emotional health through brief relaxations, simple meditations, and self-observation exercises.

This workshop will introduce participants to a variety of special techniques that quitens the mind, including journaling, focusing techniques, visualization, relaxation and self-soothing talk. The duration of this session is 1 hour.
