Meditation on Breath
- On incoming and outgoing breath as an observer.
- As you breathe in chant OM internally and as you breathe out chant OM internally.
- As you breathe in chant “So” and as you breathe out chant “Ham” internally.
- Meditate on the disciplined breath through counting i.e. keeping the ratio 6:6:6, same number of count for inhalation : retention : exhalation.
