Pre & Post Natal Yoga Session

Method : Combination of Yoga, Pranayam , Mantra and Mudra .
Type : Specially designed Yoga class for pregnancy.
Who can Join? :

Pregnant women at Ist, IInd and IIIrd trimester level of Conception and post delivery.

Duration : Depends upon the stage/type of pregnancy and delivery.
Frequency :

Prenatal: 5 days a week/3 days a week. Postnatal: 5 days a Week / Alternate days.

Timings : Flexible.

  • No previous knowledge or experience of yoga required.
  • Yogic Pranayam helps in increasing lung capacity, combat shortness of breath, allow and encourage proper absorption of oxygen, distribution of oxygenated blood in whole body and maintain calm and composed state of mind.
  • Hand gestures (mudras) to harmonize the body, breath and mind.
  • Mantra chanting invigorates the mind and body with positive vibrations.
  • Decrease swelling and anxiety.
