PASCHIMOTTAN ASANA / FORWARD BENDING POSE
One of the Asanas for victory is Paschimottan Asana or west facing stretch, which aims at giving good Stretch from the heels to the top of the spine, messaging the internal organ, reducing fat and activating the nervous system, enhances concentration ability & establishes perennial youth.
Duration: 10 seconds to 15 minutes.

- Tones the muscles of posterior side of the body from ankle to neck.
- Strengthens the arms & pectoral girdle (shoulder blade).
- Excellent for people who wants to reduce around the waist line, hip & thighs.
- Massages & increases the blood supply to the abdominal organs - stomach, liver, pancreas, ovaries, reproductive system, spleen, kidneys & excretory organs.
- Reduces the stiffness of calf muscles, thighs & relax the spasm of the back muscles.
- Give natural traction to the back vertebrae.
- Increase flexibility of the spine & loosen up the spinal ligament.
- Stretches the ribcage & enforces the expansion of lungs.
