BHOOMI NAMAN ASANAA or SPREAD LEG POSE

Efficiency in performance of Asanas is dependent on two things - one is flexibility of spine and other in opening up of the major joints like hip & shoulders. To open up the hip joint & increase the flexibility of spine let us learn one simpler.
