Private Yoga Session Details

Method : Combination of Yoga, Pranayam , Mantra and Mudra Healing.
Type : Hatha/ Ashtanga / Kriya Yoga.
Target Group :

Students, Professionals, youths, Sport fitness etc. who require individual attention of the instructor.

Age Group : 20 years and above
Duration : as per the requirement.
Frequency :

3 times a week (minimum) to 5 days a week.

Timings : Morning & Evening.
