  • pre-round warm up
  • Lower body - Stretch hip flexors, Loosening hip internal and external rotators , Stretch hamstrings, Stretch gluteus, targets promotes a more efficient kinematic sequence with special attention to  loosening safely and strengthening of the lower back
  • Core - builds better posture, more consistency, improves turning radius
  •  and helps reduce back pain
  • Upper body - more turns and action in the hands and wrists
  • Post-round series - increases endurance, reduces soreness after your round.
  • Increases general elasticity throughout the body
  • Improves posture
