Yoga for Golfers is a special session designed for beginner, intermediate and pro Golfers for:
- pre-round warm up
- Lower body - Stretch hip flexors, Loosening hip internal and external rotators , Stretch hamstrings, Stretch gluteus, targets promotes a more efficient kinematic sequence with special attention to loosening safely and strengthening of the lower back
- Core - builds better posture, more consistency, improves turning radius
- and helps reduce back pain
- Upper body - more turns and action in the hands and wrists
- Post-round series - increases endurance, reduces soreness after your round.
- Increases general elasticity throughout the body
