Details

The ultimate Self is covered by five veils/sheaths known as koshas, which constantly disguise themselves as Self. Taittiriya Upanishad is a primary upanishad from Yajurveda comprising three chapters focusing on the pursuit of knowledge, ananda, and ultimate realization. It is one of the most important texts for a Yoga practitioner, instructor, and teacher to study in order to incorporate the idea of what should be the essential focus of the practice. Study in detail about the Pancha Kosha in the light of the source text. Knowledge, when taken out of context, becomes diluted, misconstrued, and often appropriated. Knowledge, when gained in context, brings gratitude, clarity, and inspiration. A PDF translation of the text will be provided to all participants.
