Details

The essential trinity is a three class series to wellbeing. Good night Sleep, emotional balance and strong immunity are non-negotiable.

When we deprive the body, mind, and heart of much needed rest, care, and healing, it’s easy to turn away from fulfilling our most fundamental duty—to be healthy and to be kind. The possibility to give back, for our lives to be of purpose, to live by the foundational principles of Yoga, and the possibility to honor those who came before us—and who paved the path so lovingly with sacrifice and effortless giving—begins with good rest, emotional discernment and health immunity. Prioritize, prescribe, and practice the essential trinity, a much-needed reboot to restore yourself with my hand-picked practices inspired by the teachings of my Guru’s ancestral lineage.

In the first session called SLEEP SMARTER, we will explore the importance of sleep hygiene, how to sleep smarter, and the role of sleep. The participant will take away practices from Yoga, guidelines from Ayurveda on how to have deeper, better and efficient sleep.

In the second session called THE EMOTIONS CODE, we will explore the role that emotions play in our diet, digestion and health. The participants will take away yogic practices of kriyas, pranayama and relaxation to balance, purify and harness emotions on a daily basis. What does Ayurveda say about emotions and how can changes in diet, the mindful choice of colors and semi precious stones can bring discernment in working with emotions.

In the third session called IMMUNITY: THE SCIENCE OF WELLBEING, we will explore the meaning, purpose and types of immunity from the lens of Ayurveda. The concept of agni, ojas and soma will be explored in light of immunity. The participants will take away yogis practices of asana, mudra and mantra to boost the immunity. We will also explore specific recipes that can help boost immunity during the change of seasons.
